- United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
- Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
- Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment
- The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
- Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
- Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and www.activeist.co policies and rules.
- User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 10 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
Returns & Refunds
At Activeist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. Please read the following guidelines and instructions for returning items:
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
We do not accept returns on final sale items, swimwear, underwear, or accessories for hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com to request a return authorization. Once your return is authorized, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s).
Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping fees and any applicable duties or taxes are non-refundable.
Can I return multiple orders together?
We kindly request that you return each order separately to ensure efficient processing and accurate tracking of your returns. Please make sure to include a separate return note for each order being returned.
Can I return a faulty item?
We apologize if you have received a faulty item. Rest assured, we are here to assist you. We offer refunds or replacements for faulty items within 6 months of the purchase date. Simply contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will guide you through the process.
My item is faulty, but my purchase date was more than 6 months ago. What are my options?
If your purchase was made more than 6 months ago, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a replacement or refund. However, if you can demonstrate that the item was faulty when received, please reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund. Rest assured, we are working diligently to process your refund as quickly as possible. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for your original purchase, or credit which can be used up a year.
Why is my refunded amount less than my original payment?
We always aim to refund the original payment amount for all eligible items. However, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable if you have changed your mind about the item. Additionally, if you made your purchase in a currency other than AED, exchange rates may fluctuate between the time of purchase and refund, which could impact the refunded amount.
For customers who have used our prepaid label option in the UAE, a deduction of AED 5 will be applied to your refund amount.
